Ha! Nature by numbers — indeed. Thanks Zhoen; the site's fascinating and I particularly like the way it arrives at the dragonfly's wing.
I should point out, too, that the marks on the rocks are in chalk, so they wash off when it rains (and we've had plenty of that). By now, no trace will remain, which is as it should be.
