That's a mind-stretching space ahead of your door! And a beautiful sky.
Seeing your previous pictures of your surroundings I had imagined the immediate area to be more level. This looks as if you're perched on a mountain-side

RR, I'm on a river terrace, so the immediate surroundings are level; elsewhere it's distinctly up and down.

Michael, I know what you mean about that movie, but I can't bring myself to watch it again, ever. Musicals in general are high on my list of least preferred forms of entertainment (and don't even mention that recent abbaration). But yes, it'd be a great place to walk the dog, if I had one.

I like the way the cloud echoes the line of the hill, with the line of the Ruahine sloping in the opposite direction from the opposite side and joining the two.
