This is such a fabulous design...reminiscent of a Japanese carving!

The way the rat is crouched emphasises the shape of the piece of iron he's sitting on. I like this ... it really draws the eye in.

[And I'm not a fan of rats.]

Watercats — me too! But I have to admit they can also be destructive and disease-ridden. I liked the rat temple; good to know that there, at least, they weren't regarded as vermin only.

Anne-Marie, true. As I said to Patricia, it was the shapes that most attracted me. I'm glad the background was distant enough to blur so it's not distracting, too.
