I love when the clouds masquerade as mountains.
I like what you do with empty space Pete. I probably would have only shot from the clouds down but the part above the clouds is maybe just as important in this shot. very cool

Zhoen, occasionally the effect is so marked I'm not sure whether I'm looking at clouds or mountains, and I know these skylines pretty well.
Tom, I guess it's the equivalent of what graphic designers call white space. In general, I find it better to err on the side of giving apparent subjects more space rather than crowding them. Thanks for the thought.
