I'm fascinated by the diversity of shapes and forms of plants. Some draw me back; they call out to be noticed. 'Photograph me!' this unfolding fern frond seemed to say.
Easy to see why they're called fiddleheads.

The essence of Aoteroa...I took my American visitors on the short loop track, which they thought was amazing. And I guess it is. Moments like yours here, and seeing through the eyes of my guests remind me of what a truly amazing place we live. Kia ora!
