Dawn in the valley

You've seen a few evening photographs from the valley — here's one from the other end of the day. From the verandah outside the kitchen, looking south-west.

Dawn is absolutely my favourite time of day, and this is a stunner. Thank you.

I am somewhat addicted to watching the rising and the setting of that wonderful star, even in my urban life. This photo is enough to make the heart sing. thanks Pete.

Such beautiful dawn light there. We're heading into the season of cloudless days, so a view like this is a wonderful reminder.

EC, I love the quiet of dawn, too. Almost as if the world was still untainted.

Barbara, I, too, love both times of day. I see the dawn more when the days are shorter, though ;^)

Robin — ah, cloudless days! Love them. Still, their skies lack this kind of drama.
