EC, these kinds of evenings do feel magical.
Brenda, I love this light and much prefer it over the more flashy, spectacular sunsets. I guess subtlety appeals to me more than spectacle.

Zhoen, that's very true — the difficulty I'm struggling with is not being able to be in both places at once.
To quietly sit outside by the back door and contemplate that view should be good for the soul, Pete - and your recuperation.

Thanks Avus. The recuperation's going very well, and evenings like this do some way towards easing the memory of India and the desire to return there.
