The weather's been all over the place recently. This afternoon was beautiful and the forecast for tomorrow's even better, but up until yesterday we've been having squally rain, some of it more persistent than the brief, torrential downpours. One of the joys of this kind of weather, though, is the kind of evening you see here. Short-lived but spectacular.

I hope, trust, believe that I will NEVER be too jaded to revel in a rainbow. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteWhen I visited Yellowstone as a kid, I most remember seeing rainbows, morning, evening, low sun and rain. Around the waterfalls anytime, too.
ReplyDeleteDoubles around here fairly often, always memorable and beautiful.
EC, I'd be worried if I were too jaded to feel unmoved by the sight of a rainbow!
ReplyDeleteZhoen, double rainbows aren't rare here, but they're uncommon enough to warrant a remark.
