Jeep driver at Rudraprayag

I'd already scored the front passenger seat in a jeep going from Rudraprayag to Rishikesh, but other jeep drivers kept trying to steal me. Maybe that's how this guy scored his black eye ;-)

    I love how you've captured the textures, his shirt, knit hat, whiskers, moustache, skin. And the benevolence in his eyes.

    Robin, thank you. Inevitably, people have asked me what I think of India, and my usual reply is that each time I come here I like it more. It's good to be able to share some of that.
