Macrocarpas and rain

We've had plenty of rain in the valley lately, but it has its compensations—like the way it shows up these gnarly old macrocarpas.

    Mist can be a great enhancer for foregrounds.

    Avus — definitely. I also like the way it partially hides things and increases the sense of possibility.
