We have a family of pheasants that live somewhere near our place on waiheke. Every now and again they come to visit... I'll be sitting outside and be surprised by them wandering around in our backyard. I've never been quick enough to photograph them though! :)
ReplyDeleteI liket this one more, bird at home.
ReplyDeleteThat must be quite a treat, Leonie, and if you can't photograph them, at least you can sit back and enjoy them. It sounds wonderful.
ReplyDeleteZhoen, this is very much how I imagine pheasants at home. Rough, interesting country.
