Chilean fjords


Sometimes during the first two days of sailing from Puerto Natales, we were treated to sights like this.

  2. I agree with Zhoen ... those layers and layers, shifting layers, of mystery and cloud (the cloud of unknowing?) are compelling.

  4. Leonie, the fjords must hide places that get visited by humans rarely or never. Even when visited by people in boats, most of the land must remain untrodden. Who knows what might live there? Truly wonderful.
