Godley Head, Lyttelton harbour

Lyttelton harbour is a drowned caldera.

After watching the paragliders we continued to Godley Head to walk a little way along the track on the Lyttelton harbour side (that's the entrance to the harbour). A grey day, cool although it was midsummer.

  1. Oh yes. A beautiful spot, and you've captured the moody feel of the day well. That rock and that grass! Fantastic!

  4. I would have photographed that rock too. Very place to notice.

  5. I bet you'd have photographed it beautifully too, Michael. I'm still trying to figure out how you get shadows to move and leaves to rustle in your photos.
