Alpine faun(a) [Terry on Mt Lord]

In February 2004, Terry, Jono, Andrew and I climbed Mt Lord and settled down near the summit to eat lunch in the sun. I snapped a few photos with my little Pentax Optio 555, but as I pointed it towards Vane Stream, far below, Terry popped up into the frame. One never knows what remarkable things will appear on mountaintops.

    Remarkable indeed! Love the figure-ground play in this one. And the banality of eating in such a wonderful place. Just an ordinary day...
