That perfect little hill looks unreal, with the trees apparently matching the angle of the fencing posts. Snow on the hills in Middle England too, this morning.
This photo reminded me of a new post processing technique that I found out about recently called "tilt-shift miniaturizing", where subjects taken as is have the image blurred on the top and bottom to make the subject seem to be miniature models. In fact the technique might be cool to look at with this image of yours, Pete.
Miguel, I agree — the photo already has something of that feel to it. I'd heard about tilt-shift miniaturising (Emma mentioned it on her blog a while ago), but I think I have enough on my plate right now! :^)

RR, the weather today reminded me summer's gone and winter's on the way. Back into my down jacket... Maybe our hemispheres are changing places.

ReplyDeleteActually, so do I! I shouldn't even be surfing the internet right now... So I hear you loud and clear! (oVo)
ReplyDeleteLove it. Cattle on a little green planet. Really little.
ReplyDeleteCheers Michael. It's little all right — too little for our current way of life. Let's hope enough people realise that and act on it — mighty soon.
