Pete, this portrait has such a directness that I feel as if Mr Sharma is sitting in person in front of me.
He was a joy to photograph, Lesley. Thanks.
Such intelligence shining out.
Zhoen, one of his friends, who was minding the entrance, was a retired teacher of English. He too had that same sparkle. I chatted with him; he told me a wonderful story. There's something about that place and its people.
You seem to have a penchant for photographing Indian people! Though I have to admit that they are very photogenic!
Constructive criticism is welcomed (I particularly appreciate thoughts on what you like and don't like), but please keep it courteous.
